Our shop operates seasonally to serve peak trail and lake conditions in the Finger Lakes. Standard hours run daily from morning to early evening during peak summer months. Because hours can fluctuate during shoulder seasons, we highly recommend checking our live booking calendar or contacting us via phone or text for the day's exact timing.
- Is safety equipment included with my outdoor rental?
Yes, safety is our priority. Every watercraft rental (kayaks and stand-up paddleboards) completely includes required paddles and properly fitted life jackets (PFDs). All bicycle and e-bike rentals include optional safety helmets and heavy-duty bike locks at no additional charge.
- What is your weather and cancellation policy?
Reservations can be fully refunded or rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to your booking time. In the event of unsafe weather conditions on the day of your rental (such as high winds or thunderstorms) Shoreline Rentals will issue a full refund or a flexible store credit for a future date. - What are your rental durations and pricing rates?
We offer flexible rental durations to fit your schedule, including hourly, half-day (4 hours), full-day (8 hours), and multi-day or weekly options. Rates vary by equipment type, with premium e-bikes and tandem watercraft priced differently than standard hybrid bikes or single kayaks. Current seasonal rates are always viewable in our live online booking system.
- Do you deliver kayak, paddleboard, and bike rentals to Keuka Lake?
Yes, Shoreline Rentals provides equipment delivery to your home, cottage, or rental property. There is a $20 delivery fee within 10 miles, every additional mile is $2. For delivery locations up to or exceeding 20 miles, please contact us before booking.
